Nature of the serviceAn independent committee that reviews a dispute between the parties to a transaction made through the platform after an amicable settlement failed, within the agreed scope of the service. The service is independent and paid; it is not arbitration or a court judgment, RokhamHub is not a party to the dispute, and the right to go to the competent courts is preserved.

They are kept in the request file on the platform with the transaction documents and can be downloaded and printed from it, so every document is recorded even if it happened outside the platform.
